For every MetaSport event you register, you’ll receive MetaMiles that you can use to redeem for goodies and vouchers at the MetaSport Shop.

No more unnecessary goodies; now you decide what you want and need. Deck yourself out with the latest gear and be fully prepared for your next MetaSport race.

Follow the steps below to choose your goodies from the MetaSport Shop:

MetaSport Shop

All MetaMiles earned from registration of MetaSprint Series 2024 can only be used to redeem goodies and voucher through you participant dashboard.

MetaMiles earned from previous events cannot be used or stacked with MetaMiles earned from 2024 MetaSprint Series registration.

Follow the steps below to choose your goodies from the MetaSport Shop:

1) Log into your participant’s dashboard.
2) MetaMiles will be credited to you as per race and category.
5) Choose your desired goodies from the shop and add them to your cart. You can pick multiple items.
6) View your cart.
7) To use your MetaMiles, click on “Redeem MetaMiles” at the top. If you don’t click on this banner, you will be asked for credit card details and you will be charged for the goodies.
8) Click on ‘Proceed to checkout’.
9) Enter the details required to secure the checkout.
10) You will receive a confirmation email shortly after. If you haven’t received it, check your spam mail.

Terms & Conditions:

• • All unused MetaMiles will be forfeited
  • MetaMiles are exclusively redeemable for the MetaSprint Series 2024 and are not applicable to other events.
  • MetaMiles cannot be accumulated.
  • MetaMiles are valid until the registration closing date.
  • All unused MetaMiles will be forfeited.
  • Once items are chosen at checkout, selections cannot be changed.
  • Vouchers can only be used for MetaSport-owned events.
  • Vouchers cannot be used for MetaSprint Series 2024 Aquathlon and Duathlon 
  • Vouchers can be used for MetaSprint Series 2024 Triathlon and PTO Asian Open Duathlon and Triathlon 
  • Proof of receipt must be shown to utilize the voucher.
  • Vouchers are valid until 31 December 2024.
  • T-shirt size changes are strictly subject to availability after the end of the series.
  • MetaMiles will not be refunded if items are exchanged for those of a lower value.
  • Strictly no exchange for items of a higher value.
  • Exchange of items will be at the discretion of the organiser.
  • The organiser reserves the right to change the items offered at any time.
