Training clinics

We’re here to help you hit the start line mentally and physically prepared!  We have a selection of tailor-made training clinics, guided by our experienced MetaSport coaches. These clinics are perfectly suited to beginners and intermediate participants in the MetaSprint Series. Each session will provide you with insider tips and tricks to assist you on race day, plus give you a chance to work up a sweat with some moderate swim/bike/run activities to practice your new skills! Enjoy!

Minimum requirements:

-sessions are suitable for all fitness levels

-swim freestyle non-stop for 200 metres

-minimum age: 14 yrs
