Training clinics

We are here to help you hit the start line mentally and physically prepared!  We have a selection of tailor-made training clinics, guided by our experienced MetaSport coaches. These training clinics are perfectly suited to beginners and intermediate participants in the MetaSprint Series. Each session will provide you with insider tips and tricks to assist you on race day, plus give you a chance to work up a sweat with some moderate swim/bike/run activities to practice your new skills! Enjoy!

METASPRINT SERIES TRAINING PACKAGES

5 weeks Aquathlon Training Programme: 4 January – 7 February 2021
– 10 sessions + 1 Aquathlon Clinic – SDG$198 (SGD290 worth of value) incl. GST
– Weekly Metasport Newsletter (training articles, feature stories, race reports.)

8 week MetaSprint Triathlon Training Programme: 15 February – 11 April 2021
– 16 sessions + 1 Triathlon Clinic – SGD$288 (SGD431worth of value) incl. GST
– Weekly MetaSport Newsletter (training articles, feature stories, race reports)

Minimum requirements:

  • sessions are suitable for all fitness levels
  • ability to swim freestyle non-stop for 200 metres
  • minimum age: 16 yrs

Clinics: Where to meet and what to bring

OPEN WATER SWIM

Meeting Point: Tanjong Beach Sentosa or East Coast Park

Meet at the lifeguard tower closest to the Tanjong Beach and look for our coaches wearing a red MetaSport polo. Meeting place for East Coast Park TBC.

What to bring:  Swimming wear or tri-suit, goggles, plenty of water, towel and sun cream.

Swim caps will be provided

Please arrive 10 minutes early as clinics starts promptly

AQUATHLON

Meeting Point: Palawan Beach, Sentosa

Meet on the beach in front of “FOC” beach club. Look for our coaches wearing a red MetaSport polo

What to bring:  Swimming wear or tri-suit, runners, socks, goggles, plenty of water, towel and sun cream.

Swim caps will be provided

Please arrive 10 minutes early as the clinic starts promptly

DUATHLON

Meeting Point: F1 Village, 20 Republic Avenue, Singapore 038970

What to bring: Wear Running clothes or tri-suit, bring your bike, helmet, running shoes, socks, cycling shoes (if you use them), and hat plenty of water, towel and sun cream.

Please arrive 10 minutes early  as the clinic starts promptly

TRIATHLON

Meeting Point: At the gym station opposite the bike Kiosk at East Coast Park  E2 (where the East Park Lagoon Food Centre is) look for our coach wearing a red MetaSport polo

What to bring:  Swimming wear or tri-suit, goggles, plenty of water, towel and sun cream, hat, bicycle, bicycle helmet, small towel, bike shoes or sneakers, running shoes and socks.

If you do not have a bicycle you can hire them from Coastline cycle on the day.
