No matter your starting point, there’s a MetaSprint race distance for you in each race – Aquathlon, Duathlon and Triathlon. From kids trying their first swim-run, to seasoned triathletes chasing elite podiums, we’ve designed categories and distances that welcome everyone — and challenge you to level up.

Age Categories

At MetaSprint, you’ll race shoulder-to-shoulder with athletes your own age, ensuring fair and exciting competition. Whether you’re chasing your first finish line or aiming for the podium, there’s a place for you on the start line.

Athlete’s age as of 31 December 2026.

Recognition & Awards

• Top 3 Finishers in Each Age Group
  Every race recognises the top three male and female athletes in each age group with an official MetaSprint trophy, awarded on stage during the prize-giving ceremony.
• Series Points
  Your age group results contribute to your overall Series Points, giving you the chance to climb the rankings across all three races

Day Of Race Fee

A “Day of Race” license through the Triathlon Association of Singapore is included as part of your race registration. This entitles you to accident insurance coverage on race day to the value of $10,000 in the case of death or personal disablement, and $500 for accidental medical expenses. Please contact us within 14 days post-race to make a claim.
